Whizible product training program is a part of Whizible quarterly customer success activity. Training is conducted by Whizible product experts to ensure that the Whizible single point of contact or SPOC at the customer organisation can learn and leverage the maximum from Whizible project portfolio management software.
This quarter, the training was conducted on January 21 and 22 at MCCIA, Pune by Whizible product experts from the customer support team, Jagdish and Amit.
We received a very good response from Whizible customers. SPOCs from SBI Life, SBI ITFO, Suntec, QBA, John Deere, EASI, Wurth IT, Attra/Mastercard, ICICI Bank, Upside Learning, Fujitsu, ESOP, participated in Whizible product training workshop.

Whizible, an integrated project portfolio management software has many features and functionalities, some of them are ready to use and the others customisable.
Customer training, while onboarding the customer and then at a regular interval, becomes an important activity for ensuring customer success.
Whizible support team designs the training content after analysing the role and need of all the customer representatives, to make the training relevant to them.
January 2020 training was conducted by Whizible product experts Jagdish and Amit and attended by representatives from twelve Whizible customers.
Whizible awarded “Whizible Champion” certificates to all the participants after the successful completion of the training program.

We use the same philosophy for measuring the effectiveness of Whizible customer training programs. We have designed the Whizible training feedback form to gather participant inputs across eight parameters to measure the effectiveness of the training content, relevance to the participants, trainer quality, length of training, etc.
